My RWBY predictions based on the scenes and conversations so far. Team Rwby will get out, but they will each require a sacrifice like Alyx did.
Little the mouse will sacrifice for Ruby, because they “haven’t found their purpose yet”. And why keep a basically useless character around like that (they are cute though)
Jaune will sacrifice for Weiss, so he can finally show Weiss how much she means to him, and also he’s old and tired.
And finally, Yang will sacrifice for Blake, because she’s the fire behind the tree in the intro. And she loves her, and historically love stories in this show don’t end well.
I wish it weren’t true, but the evidence points here so far. We shall see what happens.
